Chest Stretch

Feeling tight across your chest or hunched from too much screen time? This quick foam roller stretch is a great way to open up your chest, improve posture, and reset your body after a long day.

How to Do It:

  1. Lie down on a foam roller placed lengthwise along your spine—make sure your head and tailbone are both supported.
  2. Extend your arms out to the sides in a “T” shape, palms facing up.
  3. Allow gravity to gently stretch your chest while you focus on deep, calming breaths—inhaling through your nose and exhaling through your mouth.
  4. Hold this position for 1 minute.

This passive stretch is perfect before bed, after a workout, or anytime your body feels tight or compressed. It’s especially helpful for those who sit at a desk or drive for extended periods.
