If you’re dealing with neck tightness or nerve-related discomfort in your arm or shoulder, this simple yet effective stretch can offer relief.
In this short video, you’ll learn how to perform a Median Nerve Glide combined with an Upper Trapezius and Levator Scapulae Stretch—perfect for improving mobility and reducing tension.
How to Do It:
- Stand tall and gently place one hand on the top of your head.
- Extend your opposite arm out at about a 30° angle—halfway between straight out to the side and straight down.
- Begin the nerve glide by rotating your wrist in and out slowly.
- To deepen the stretch, turn your head slightly downward toward your armpit and gently press with the hand on your head.
- Breathe deeply and stay relaxed throughout the movement.
This combination targets both nerve mobility and neck muscle tension, making it a great addition to your daily mobility routine.
