This movement blends nerve gliding with gentle head rotation to release tension along your neck, shoulder, and arm. It’s great for improving mobility and relieving nerve-related discomfort from tech use or repetitive strain.
How to Do It:
- Stand tall with one arm slightly raised in front of you, as if holding a heavy bowling ball.
- Flex your wrist down toward the floor, cradling the “ball.”
- Slowly lower your arm and rotate your palm up, reaching back behind you like you’re grabbing something.
- As you reach back, turn your head toward your arm.
- Move with control, syncing your arm and head movement.
- Complete about 20 reps, keeping the motion slow and relaxed.
This nerve glide encourages coordination and mobility throughout your upper body—helping you move freely without tension or stiffness.
