Most frequent questions and answers
Membership require a 3 month commitment, then roll over to a month to month basis thereafter.
Membership sessions do not carry over month to month, due to the competitive nature of the pricing offered by Movement Redefined.
Members may cancel their month to month memberships (after initial 3 month period) anytime given at least (5) days written notice prior to that months recurring billing cycle, which takes place on either the 1st or 15th of each month as described in their agreement. Cancellation requests must be made in writing by emailing info@movementredefinedaz.com
Members may redeem sessions towards either Personal Training sessions (45min in length) or any of our Plus Services (30min)
