This gentle exercise combines shoulder mobility with nerve gliding to help you restore smooth, pain-free motion in your arm. It’s great for relieving tension from repetitive tasks or long periods of inactivity.
How to Do It:
- Extend one arm out to the side with your palm facing down.
- Scoop your hand inward across your body, like you’re gathering ice cream.
- Then rotate your hand outward as if you’re pushing the scoop of ice cream away.
- Move slowly and smoothly through the motion.
- Work through about 20 reps, staying relaxed and controlled.
This movement encourages fluid coordination through the shoulder, wrist, and elbow—making it a great warm-up or daily reset.
