Median Nerve Scoop and Press

This gentle exercise combines shoulder mobility with nerve gliding to help you restore smooth, pain-free motion in your arm. It’s great for relieving tension from repetitive tasks or long periods of inactivity.

How to Do It:

  1. Extend one arm out to the side with your palm facing down.
  2. Scoop your hand inward across your body, like you’re gathering ice cream.
  3. Then rotate your hand outward as if you’re pushing the scoop of ice cream away.
  4. Move slowly and smoothly through the motion.
  5. Work through about 20 reps, staying relaxed and controlled.

This movement encourages fluid coordination through the shoulder, wrist, and elbow—making it a great warm-up or daily reset.
