In today’s video, we’re demonstrating the Supine Sciatic Nerve Glide — a gentle and effective exercise to improve sciatic nerve mobility and reduce tension in the lower back and legs. Ideal for rehab or relieving discomfort!
How to Perform the Exercise
Lie on your back with both legs outstretched.
Bring one knee toward your chest and place your hands behind your hamstring.
Gently pull your leg closer to your chest.
Imagine sliding your foot up an invisible wall, keeping your toes pointed toward the ceiling.
Slowly lower your leg while pulling your toes toward your shin.
Repeat in a smooth, controlled motion.
Tips for Success
Move slowly and avoid any jerking motions.
Keep your back relaxed and flat on the surface.
Focus on maintaining control and proper alignment throughout.
